Biography
Timothy is the Information Technology Director for RMC Research in Portsmouth, NH where he manages all aspects of technology for all their regional offices. Timothy brings a broad level of expertise in software development and system integration as well as a big picture approach to information technology. His areas of expertise include: knowledge of Web site development lifecycle, design and programming. Proficient in web programming disciplines programming such as XHTML, JavaScripting, AJAX, and other web 2.0 technologies. He is skilled in network management and hardware troubleshooting. At RMC Timothy brings an ability to observe different aspect of RMC projects and to listen to their processes and difficulties and striving to help them improve their processes and remove roadblocks. His primary goal has always been to improve efficiency and productivity for the company and the personnel working around me. In my various roles I bring quality, efficiency, and accountability to myself, and the tools I manage or develop to make the company and its people better through transparency and productivity gains.
Mr. Golden´s responsibilities at RMC include: Information Technology Leadership; Asset management and procurement, Vendor Relations, administration and programming Databases; database application and layout, including interviewing clients and end-users for design specification; data sharing via the Internet or front-end application development; network administration/management of RMC regional offices; administration of video conferencing system; Intranet/Internet web site maintenance and development; researching and implementing new technologies; and exploring ways to better manage data through technology.
