Today was our last day to minister in NYC. The students are tired and weary but God is giving them the strength to endure the long days. We divided up our groups again this AM and went our separate ways. My group when to St. John’s Bread and Life, soup kitchen and food pantry where we served over 500 meals to the homeless. Though the day was long the students were able to allow god to sustain them throughout the day.
Tonight was the best blessing for the students as we ministered to the children living in a shelter. There were over 20 children ranging in ages from 8 months to 13 year with the majority of them between 5-8. The PCA students lead the children in song, praise, and prayer and many games. I cannot find the right words to describe what God has done this day so I’ll let the photos speak for me..

This will be my last full post about the PCA NYSUM mission trip, tomorrow we have our free day in the afternoon and will be visiting the NY sights. Thank you for the opportunity to share with you our journey.
